Fabiolous Cooking Day is a format designed by Fabio Bongianni to put together Italian food and Italian culture to offer to those visiting Rome a unique experience.

Fabio was born in Rome in 1961 and was lawyer before he realized that his true passion was cooking. After leaving the courts he had several experiences in the most important Rome’s restaurants like the “Dolce Vita” Sans Souci.

Nowadays his schools got a great success mainly because Fabio and his Chef teach Italian cuisine to their guests, not only teaching the recipes but stimulating their creativity and involving them also in the process of choosing the ingredients in the typical roman food markets.

Other reasons of this success can be also found in the charming locations, in the mix of Italian cookery, art, history and culture during the lessons and in the fact that his guests do not feel lieke tourists but like friends.
